From Denture to Implant Supported Teeth in 3 Weeks

These are actual pictures of the 3 to 4 week immediate insertion of implant supported lower teeth.  This patient was wearing a very difficult lower denture initially and was able to eat almost whatever he wanted after 4 weeks.  This time frame includes placement of the implants and the Hadar Bar Clip-on teeth. Note that these are the conventional  implants that have been in use for over 20 years, not the new, immediately activated MDI implants.  The MDI implants are discussed elsewhere on this site.  The implants pictured here are capable of fully supporting the teeth.  The MDI implants are easier to place and less expensive, but cannot fully support the teeth.  The MDI, however, will stabilize the lower denture in one visit and are an excellent service.
